One of the most important aspects of financial aid is developing an understanding of how the process works. Our office has created this timeline to assist you in developing that knowledge and to provide guidance in maximizing your aid eligibility. Please be aware, this timeline may not cover all student situations given our office processes financial aid year round.

We encourage students to monitor their financial aid closely through myWSU, respond to our requests for additional information quickly when asked, and ask questions when needed by contacting our office directly.

**Please note ... the symbol will indicate where our office is on this timeline and in our Financial Aid process.**
